In an effort to go “green”, the City of Spencer has begun processing invoices and monthly statements electronically. The City now processes individual invoices on a weekly basis for any charges that are incurred during the week, along with a monthly statement of all charges incurred during the m month. To receive your invoices weekly you must sign up for electronic delivery of the invoices. Your monthly statement will also be electronically delivered to your business as well. If you choose not to sign up for electronic delivery of your invoices and statement, they will be mailed once a month to your business as normal.
